I registered my IPod just fine, and didn't need any sighted help at all. My problem now is, I registered and set up an ITunes store account using my AOL screen name, however now, even though I'm signed in and looking in the menu bar under store does show a sign out option which isn't dimmed, so I know I'm logged in, yet, when I hit the get button to get my item, it pops up telling me to sign in or create an account. So, I put in the credentials, and I've done this for both my mobile me account, and my spare AOL account. In both instances, with AOL, it comes up and says the account has already been set up, and please to sign in with my mobile me account. So I do that, then it tells me it hasn't been used on this system. I accept all the terms, review my billing, etc, hit done, then it throws me right back in the same screen and tells me again to review. I've checked and doubled check and quadruple checked with no go. I tried using both my pay pal account, as well as setting it to my visa credit card account, and both of which are getting me nowhere.

Has anyone seen this?

Basicly, I'm trying to go to see all free on itunes, I think it says, then once on that page, look for the first thing you see from Alvin and the Chipment\ks. It's apparently a video. I vo to the right and hear unknown, then, I vo right again and it says get, followed by the title, sorry, I'm not in there to see word per word what it is, but it'll be obvious. Anyhow, I hit vo space on that get button right after the link for the title, and that's when it's asking me to sign in, and all this crap happens.

It's free, so it's not like you'll be charged. Can someone try to get it for me, and see if it works for you?

Chris.

Well if sighted help is required, then we need to let Apple know. There should be no need for sighted assistance.

I think you need some sighted help with this. If it is a new Ipod then you need to register it before you can do anything. Once that's done then everything will work ok.
