I believe I mentioned how I received a reply from [EMAIL PROTECTED] . That was great. Today I had a call from the manager of the Lenox GA apple store to one apologize and to get some more detail. She also wants to be sure it doesn't happen again. She was disappointed that the sales person didn't call an expert about Aperture as there was one on duty at the time.

I don't believe apple wants to give bad service. When we get bad service we do need to make that known at a higher level.
