Parallels hasn't been accessible, in the sense that we could install
Windows without sighted assistance, the way we can with Fusion. I
don't know about the new releases. Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage,

Hey there all, how goes it?
Talking about Virtualization and such, I recently hopped onto the
Parallels official page, and it seems like they will be coming out
with a new version pretty soon. Did not say exactly when, but seems
like it will be sometime this month or next month.
Wonder if Parallels was accessible with VO before? If not, wonder
if the newer version will be accessible with VO.
Just thought I would mention it.

newegg.com has VMWare Fusion for $60 with a $20 mail-in rebate
making it about $40. I think they even do electronic download/
activation so you can download VMWare and be running it today.

Hi Mike,
Two questions. First, what is CNTOS5? Is it a gui, or shell
only? What screen reader is running on it?
Second, any particular reason for an aversion to fusion? Asside
from cost, or possibly some hardware compadibility issue
particular to the distro you are using, I can't imagine why one
would not want fusion. I could see preferring something else,
but anyway...
