Hello Louie,
When you save an E-mail with an attachment as an RTFD document, the
attachment is just an image of the symbolic link within the text of
the E-mail. The attachment itself remains in the Mail Downloads folder
in your Library. You can track it down by date, but you might as well
just save it to a folder you've created for the purpose, then save the
message itself to that same folder.
