This isn't exactly a keyboard shortcut, but I can hang up a call fairly
quickly. Press command+w to close the window, then press space on the yes
button to confirm.

A.R. You can configure a shortcut for ending calls as this command
appears in the Skype menus. I did this a long time ago and it's stuck
through all the upgrades and Archive and installs. I configured
Command-Control-H for Hang Up. When configuring a shortcut, you must take
care to type the command accurately or it won't work.
