how in the bloody heck did you manage to set the shortcut key? I've looked
in literally every single menu option and gone into the preferences, and see
absolutely nothing regarding this.

A.R. You can configure a shortcut for ending calls as this command
appears in the Skype menus. I did this a long time ago and it's stuck
through all the upgrades and Archive and installs. I configured
Command-Control-H for Hang Up. When configuring a shortcut, you must take
care to type the command accurately or it won't work.
