I don't think this made the list but here's how I do it and sorry if
this post came through and I'm repeating myself.
Make sure you're in the call window, that's the one that usually has
focus when you call someone or answer a call anyway so unless you've
changed to another window then the call window will be displayed.
Press vo-end and Vo moves to the "hang up" button so press vo-space,
done!
