I saw this in time to test it briefly on my last day in Tallinn. I believe
this is just a special case of our problems accessing Missed Events.
Contact detail requests end up there if closed without being resolved.
Currently, we have the following rather peculiar issues with the
Missed Events table: You can navigate it, but it usually says
"Unknown" for the rows--but, if you interact with the table, you may
be able to read contact names by moving up/down with VO+Up/DownArrow.
In other words, you may get more info by moving than by just asking
for the current cell.

I'm not at a Mac now (actually I'm sitting in Schiphol, the Amsterdam
airport, hoping the storms don't delay my trip home!), but if I
remember correctly, the procedure to get to missed events involves
finding a button just before the Contacts table that has no name but
that says "Show missed events" if you type VO+H on it. You then get a
table of missed events.  At this time, you can't know the event type;
but if you can recognize your contact detail request by the contact
name (or by there being only the one missed event), you should be able
to use VO+Space or, if not that, VO+Shift+Space to click on it.

Hope this helps. Sorry for all the vagueries.

Dane, you absolutely can tell which contacts are on / offline etc.
If you show contact groups, and select the groups you'd like
displayed, your contacts whom are online will show up in your online
group and those that are not, will show up in your 'all' group. NOw,
the probs I have are that I cannot seem to find a way to access
contact details requests from users. I have a large number of users
who can't see whether I'm online or not, as I can't seem to send them
my contact details after the fact. I.E. If I've added someone to my
contacts, either on my own, or upon their request, if my contact
details aren't sent to them as they should be, I may be able to see
them online but they won't see me. They'll show a question mark next
to my name and Skype will tell them that I haven't approved their
contact request. So if I don't get it immediately when the request
comes in, it seems that I cannot access the appropriate dialogue to
approve them after the fact.

I do hope I've made sense?

Have an awesome day!?

Smiles,

Cara :)
