Yes I agree with Ben, I've used VoiceOver for about 6 months or so I
think it is now and it's really great.
I have a Mac Mini and found it absolutely superb being able to take it
out of the box and use it straightaway as I'd never been able to do
this before and usually had to install screen reading software before
I could even touch the PC.
I hope you enjoy using the Apple Mac and if you ever need any more
advice or help please ask,

P.S. and I wish we had access to Logic, Protools, and a notation
program like Sibelius or Finale. Those sorts of things are what
keep me tied to the PC and Windows, since I'm a musician and guitar
teacher.
