Fonzie,
You might try emptying the cache on her machine and Then try the web
page again. If it still fails, empty the cache and reset Safari. and
then try the web page. Both of these items are in the Safari menu.

As a web developer, I should think it's very hard to say,
especially without seeing the precise pages in question.
You could try emptying the Safari Cache (from the main Safari menu)
and see if that helps
Another thing you might try is reproducing the problem with the
latest WebKit build and reporting the problem as a bug if you can
reproduce it.
