you can adjust either vo volume or ITunes volume or both on the fly.
to adjust vo volume, use command-vo horrizontal arrows till you come
to volume and then command-vo-vertical arrows to adjust it. to adjust
ITunes volume while in the ITunes window, use command-up and down arrow.
