Hello, I don't know about adjusting the rate in ITunes, but as for
setting the volume, it is easy. You have two ways, there is a slider
at the top of the screen that sets the ITunes volume in relation to
the master volume. You can also do this using command+arrow up and
command+arrow down while you are in ITunes. In addition, you can also
use command+arrow left and right to skip backwards and forwards.
