This thread gets more bigger and bigger. I read all, and I hope I remember all what you wrote.
Cursor at the start or at the last position.
The maximalist version could be this:
Options in settings window to set default behavior of opening documents. Of course this setting is must be adjustable fot all OOo app or one by one. We may put a checkbox on load window like "Start at last edition position".
No insult meant to Kami, but this is the second (at least) person to suggest this solution and it is just humorous to me that this *IS* the behavior of 1.1.x.
Logical people are suggesting this behavior. Why should it be changed away from it.
