This may be a bit harder to distinguish license issues between 
these two. Essentially, anything bundled "within" OpenOffice.org
or the website, is under Sun scrutiny. Am I right here, anyone?

Yes, essentially that is what I was proposing. Whether it is 
by download, cdrom or both does not matter.
