correct, some filters, but, arguably, not the most important ones: Wordperfect filter is not Java but the Latex filter is.
If you don't have Java, most Wizards are missing. If you don't have Java, you will get severely misleading error messages:
you forgot the most important: OOo Base, but all depends on what you need from OOo.
