Well, this is a *theoretical* situation of what *could* happen, I'm not saying this *will* happen, but after SCO actions some people will expect anything
Sorry, I forgot to add an useful disclaimer: *I have signed the JCA* myself, back in the day when it was required in order to permit write access to Native Language websites so I am not completely alien to it.
