WikiCalc is not very pretty looking. And it's still in alpha. There's no live online version from any of your links.
iRows - http://www.irows.com/ - would be a much better choice for Google - since, a - it exists, b - it's usable today, c - it looks and feels similar to Writely and Blogger (both now Google products or projects), and d- it already has users that would be sure to sign up for Writely and whatever other online office Google buys or builds.
