That OOo is backed by one of the fastest growing companies in history.
That OOo could well get greater investment to support Google services in
health care and finance.
That ODF will get a massive boost in credibility.

Can't see too many downsides if this really is on the cards. I wonder if
they are interested in education. I can think of a company with rapid
global expansion potential that they could buy ;-)
