Most people are probably aware that Google started to test an online
spreadsheet programme several months ago.
It seems that M$ has moved to meet the challenge: http://ideas.live.com/
So, while Sun / OpenOffice plod on catching up on office services, the
titans are moving the whole contest to a different level.
Online services seem to be reaching further than I for one have been

There have been inquiries on the users' list and in the forum about
online office services.
Perhaps plans are already being hatched? If not, why not?
