Hello, all, Now I'm requesting to add JIS() function to Calc on issue 70213. JIS() function is to convert ASCII characters and half-width Katakana characters into full-width ones. This is embedded on Excel Japanese version by default. To improve compatibility with Microsoft Office it should be also embedded on OpenOffice.org, however, I run into one problem. According to Eike's comment, an English version has the name DBCS() function instead of JIS() function and the DBCS() doesn't have any functionality. I and Eike wonder if other localized Excel have JIS() or DBCS() function and how they work. For compatibility improvement, I need your help. If you have any advice or information about this problem, please commen on http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=70213 Best regards, -- Japanese Native-Language project Takashi Nakamoto [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
