Ha, Ha, Ha. That is funny. Working in an organization that is mostly
Windows, some Linux and a few Macs, this is an issue. Guess what, OOo
is the only application that is consistent (depending on version) across
all platforms.

I have tried to work with documents on Office for Mac that would not
work if they came from Windows 98 but okay from Windows 2000 machine. I
have seen people scream when the document that they spent hours working
on at home only is trashed when loading it on their work computer due ot
different fonts or some other stupid setting.

It is surprising how many things change between versions of Word or
between the OS's. Some bugs in OOo only affect Linux users while others
only affect Windows users.

Na, this is a notice that even though MS says their documents are usable
to the public, they are not. Official documents should be accessible to
all people, not just a few than can afford the software. Heck, as I
said before, there is no guarentee that your document will open in a
different version of Microsoft Word.
