This is definitely a defect in the *process*, not in the statistics as I
consider it to be fair to track only those patches that developers can
spot easily.

There is no structure to handle SpellChecker updates and i do it when time
Nicolas, if you want to manage this, you're welcome
btw, i just looked at the issue you pointed and it is badly written as
it mixes 2 problems (accents and oe ligatures)
See my recent response on french dev list regarding ligatures problem
(not that simple)
For the accent, i'll try to have a look.
