Where to begin? Remember when they stole Stacker's disk compression
technology for their "drivespace" feature in MS-DOS v6.2? The courts
ruled MS had to issue a new version of MS-DOS without drivespace and pay
Stacker compensation.

And the DR-DOS/Win3 debacle in which Microsoft had Windows throw up
spurious error messages if it detected it was running on top of DR-DOS
instead of MS-DOS? Once again the courrts ruled against MS.

The Netsacpe/IE fight? They lost that case also, but only got a mild
slap on the wrist as punishment.

And the intentional crippling of the Windows Java virtual machine such
that Java apps written using it would only run on Windows, breaking
Java's cross-platform ferature and MS's license with Sun? They had to
pay Sun over $1billion and remove their Java VM for that.

There's more, but that should be a start.
