There is a need for a better system of web text
notation, lets call it HTML2 and a rewrite of all browsers to accomodate
it.
Until either the computer-using public or the US government grows a set
of balls and defies Microsoft, there will be no improvements to HTML,
because Microsoft doesn't wish there to be any. That's why progress
stopped dead seven years ago.
