First of Dragon Is not Microsoft both are different companies. You can
write to Dragon about supporting Linux OS. Also you can pursue a company
or entity to sponsor the development of a dictation program for Linux. At
this point there are some IBM products for VoiceXML and Voice recognition
software.
There is the Orca Project and Festival which reads the content of a
document in OpenOffice.org.
