Why people keep saying about 'steal' being based of something doesn't
mean still. The minix developer has come to the front a couple of
years ago and said that Linus never stole anything from the minix
kernel.
Minix in itself hasn't stole anything from Unix nor BSD have stolen
from AT&T. They were all based of, inspired, copy the concept but not
the code.

Oh, is that true, about the Linux kernel? Then it's a wonder that it is as
stable as it is, isn't it? I thought that the Linux kernel was almost 100%
stolen from Unix...
It would be interesting to see a list of what exactly has been stolen from
Microsoft...
As far as I know, both Apple and Microsoft stole their user interfaces from
the same source. Was it Xerox?
However, this link <http://www.mackido.com/Interface/ui_history.html> is
interesting.

Good point. I overstated my case a bit! I still think that Microsoft
is an immoral organization, but there's nothing immoral about doing
what you have to do - using what you have to use, when there is no
choice. Let's work towards protecting the choice of OpenOffice
though, which is a viable (better in my opinion) option to MS-Word for
nearly all situations.
