I don't know how to establish a new project, but in my opinion, there
are two questions we should ask:
- Who will coordinate all of that (some sort of Lead/Co-Lead, so to
say)? Are you willing to get involved in that?
We will have to have a period to know who wants and who can do this.
Personally I am already starting doing a roadmap and architecting a list
of requirements and solutions.
- What timeframe do you plan?
Once I get the approval I will say in 3 months will be ready with a first
version.
