I think that http://ooomacros.org has a slightly different version.
Some of the template packages at
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project might contain
something useful.
One potential issue is that OOo doesn't have an option for triple
spacing lines. (I'd submit that to issuezilla, if experience hadn't
convinced me it would rejected on sight.
