The LGPL is the licence that the program is released under.
OpenOffice.org (OO.o) is given to you as long as you adhere to your part
of the LGPL. You agree to the LGPL when you install and run OO.o.

Those who contribute code to OO.o sign a seperate agreement with Sun
which is also being talked about. Code is different to files which you
save yourself. Code means the sourcecode of the OO.o program which you
can download off the OO.o website. It may also refer to other add-ons
etc.

Perhaps if this had been two seperate announcements the confusion may
have been lessened.
