Thanx Michael;

BUT - there IS NO "start > (All) Programs" - indeed, I have nothing I would
call a 'menu'. I've attached a WORD version of the contents of my folder; when
I double-click on "setup" (Note - NOT 'setup.exe'), I am just presented with an
option to MODIFY the files I already have. There in fact, despite all my
searching through the files I have, appears to be NO '.exe' file anywhere in
what I have downloaded.

I DO hope Julian of Norwich was right!! Hopefully I can get some resolution
before her Feastday next month - but certainly before her 666th (terrible
anniversary that!) 'birthday' on November 8th later this year!

Cheers,

Allen

First look in the "start > (All) Programs" menu for OpenOffice.org.
If that doesn't work then you havent installed the program. Look in that
folder on your desktop for setup.exe and doubleclick (or click followed
by the [Enter] key) on that.
