Thanx Michael; BUT - there IS NO "start > (All) Programs" - indeed, I have nothing I would call a 'menu'. I've attached a WORD version of the contents of my folder; when I double-click on "setup" (Note - NOT 'setup.exe'), I am just presented with an option to MODIFY the files I already have. There in fact, despite all my searching through the files I have, appears to be NO '.exe' file anywhere in what I have downloaded.
I DO hope Julian of Norwich was right!! Hopefully I can get some resolution before her Feastday next month - but certainly before her 666th (terrible anniversary that!) 'birthday' on November 8th later this year! If that doesn't work then you havent installed the program. Look in that folder on your desktop for setup.exe and doubleclick (or click followed by the [Enter] key) on that.
