A lot more people would notice your issue/s if you started a new thread
for it. Even though i have changed the topic many would already be
ignoring the present thread

No, as long as you told 3.0 to install in a different folder.

Probably neither. It is a Beta, not a production version. You are
supposed to report your issues through the correct channels so they can
work on them:

Of course if someone here has had the same issues they may have a work
around.
