I'm +1 for the project so long as it includes the setting up of multiple 
save-to directories, so that when work is saved it routes to multiple locations 
at the same time (somewhere besides onto the hard drive and perhaps also the 
choice to upload to an online location or to another network computer even). My 
mouse hand is getting right tired and I'd also like to save the mouse 
batteries... and to the lady in Missouri, hugs back I reckon.

But for the record I've never done any projects that OO looked slowed down. My 
ideas have more to do with functionality-increased speed which in my opinion 
means an overall vastly-enhanced performance.
