Actually not much money on his hands but he is a business partner so he
is aware that we use FOSS and he needs to work with us. But that's why I
say it depends. You have to choose targets depending on the
circumstances.

And it is getting easier as OOo gets better and more people have hear d
of it. I'm finding now people in general social gatherings (someone
to-day I haven't seen for maybe 40 years recommended OOo to me :-)) its
more and more common to find people that know about OOo.
