"You" who, please? I and everybody else who answered you so far *are*
volunteers without any official connection to OpenOffice.org and no
access to the administration software. This is also clearly written in
the mailing list reference page. If you have any issue with this,
please go talk to the right people, not here. Speaking of right
addresses and professionalism:

using a company email address to write to what is obviously the wrong
address doesn't exactly look good, especially if that company is a
communication bureau doing public relations for third parties.

Above all: may I ask you why are you complaining here or anywhere else
about your address given to spammers... if your email address is in
full view, without any obfuscation, in your company's website,
together with picture, phone number and what not:
