Actually, I'm looking to use one or the other. I don't care about the space issue since I'm only using 18% of an 80gig hard drive. I do need to be able to access it when I'm offline. Like tonight when the critters played w/ the cables. So if OO is a workable spreadsheet for me, I have no use for the Gdocs & would discontinue using it.
