Thank you for your quick response. I went to the first link & then went to
her first link to see the example page. Unfortunately, her example page
appears to verify what I hoped wasn't true. Her Page does not have a column
for labeling nor a line for labeling. Where her labels are, is actual
spreadsheet cells, ie A1, A2, A3 etc & B1, C1, D1 etc
The spread sheet function I'm looking for would put those labels in a
separate line that is not a part of the cell structure. For instance
Cash Checks Debits
6/1/09 cell A1 cell B1 cell C1
6/2/09 cell A2 cell B2 cell C2
where the labeling isn't part of the cell structure but is a separate line
or column for labels. I've used their help function to search Labels,
Titles, Headings... nothing seems to give me the desired result.
