As explained in
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOo3_User_Guides/Writer_Guide/Language_tools
you can select the language to use for a particular selection with
the handy menu available at "Tools => Language => For Selection".
Problem is: this menu seems to only ever show 2 languages to choose
from, as far as I can tell (in my case, French and English), which makes
it inconvenient to choose Spanish when I need it.
So: how do I control which languages get listed in there by default?
