Slightly different focus from Psychology of Programming, but very thorough.
Many regrets to both you and Enda, I don't have a spare copy of PofP. Maybe the second-hand one that Derek Jones located could be shipped to a friend in the US and on from there - if you don't have any US friends, I expect I could find someone.
