Assuming the only list you are subscribed to is this one ([email protected]), 
then click on this link:

http://synhak.org/mailman/options/discuss

Enter your email address and password (If you do not know the password you are 
registered to the list with, you should have received a reminder at the 
beginning of the month from [email protected]).  Once you are logged 
in, you will see "Your Discuss Subscription Options".  Change "Set Digest 
Mode" to "On" and click "Submit My Changes" at the bottom of the page.
