Hi everyone,

We don't know our way around (at all) & don't have any sense for what
you've already explored or are looking for, but thought I'd mention b/c
these came up:

The cool gentleman at the bike co-op that Devin referred Adam and Brinn to
had mentioned a spot that is for sale (maybe also for lease/rent?) for like
120K. It is supposed to be huge and quite nice, with vents and everything
all set up. He said it was very big & a shame it wasn't being used; maybe
used to be a brewery? Or an industrial something. It is by/in an
industrial complex (maybe), near the Rosa Parks bus stop & bike trials.
Sadly I have no idea whether that is near foot traffic or buried in rural
America... He's at Summit Cycling in case that's useful & more info would
be helpful.

Someone else mentioned somewhere called Canal space?

Anyway, that's all I got. :)

Be well,
Steph,
P.S. It's Snowing!!!
