Agreed. Since we aren't the building owners, we should verify with the
Tony et al to make sure that he isn't just using the parking lot to keep
a car he owns there.
If he doesn't know anything about it (G, would you mind calling Tony?),
I'll call APD and inform them next time I'm at the space (tonight or
whenever).
Do we know what day the vehicle appeared on the lot? That would be
useful for APD to know.
