If it's stolen, ORC 2921.22 (A) 1 requires that it be reported to the authorities (duty to report a felony). We have noticed it, and it's better to err on the side of caution. There are also other laws regarding abandoned vehicles which I don't particularly care to look up.

If it's not stolen and it's not Tony's, his insurance probably wouldn't like that there's an abandoned car in his parking lot.
