Tony/APD can take care of it.

I thought maybe someone brought it so they can hack/repair it at Synhak.
With us moving I was concerned about someone needing to arrange relocation
for their vehicle. If it doesn't belong to anyone who comes to Synhak, then
at this point it's truly Tony's problem... although, its in the way of the
loading dock...
