I have some other thoughts on the matter but I'm on my phone right now so
I'm going to be short. I think we should limit the number Of cards made. I
realize it's burdensome for the acting treasurer but except for emergencies
like burst pipes. Three current "slow"process is a good one. Burst pipes
fall under champion duties and don't need voting/permission.
For places that offer it (home depot?) we should have receipts emailed to
either treasurer@ or some dedicated receipts@ email address.

If we do keep a card for general use a sign out log is a must. Perhaps even
a witness column to ensure all the data are recorded.
