$50 a month is a ridiculously low amount of money to put aside for everything
the space needs, especially in the middle of a build out. The sink parts Philip
purchased came to a little more than $60. Craig had to run out to purchase a
drain trap that we forgot. We wanted to hook up the oven and we needed $90 in
wire. No one was willing to purchase it because of fear it would not get paid
back immediately.

If the money is being spent frugally to improve the space or build it out then
let the money be spent. Many people want to get things done faster than they
currently are. I am more than frustrated that there is grant money that has
been effectively forbidden.
