CASS Software is good for address
standardization. Google it and you should find what you need. I used that as
part of my job for years. Very familiar with standardization, but don’t
know the absolute latest variations. Could help if that is all you are after.

lat /long for zip codes? I found a free db i imported into sql server that did
that part. If that is what you are looking for.
