I don't know if this data is any better than the cfdynamics data, but for $5.00 you can get the table you are looking for from http://teamredline.com/zc/default.asp. I just bought it for a project yesterday, and so far my developers seem pleased with it.

Are you trying to get the lat /long for zip codes? I found a free db i imported into sql server that did that part. If that is what you are looking for.
