It depends on which "government" you're referring to. The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is running BlueDragon on BEA WebLogic, the U.S. Senate is running BlueDragon.NET, the City of Los Angeles and Hillsborough County (Florida) are running BlueDragon Server JX. I'm sure there are more--those are just the first ones I can think of offhand. Let me know if you'd like more information, or want to arrange a meeting.
