I just spoke with Adobe directly and you can switch your license from pc to mac. However, they claim they no longer have CS2 products to distribute so you can only do this if you're already using CS3 products.

IIRC, Adobe will allow you to switch your PC based licenses to mac based ones, but there may be a catch or two attached. Seems I remember something about only being able to do that once per license.
