I am not much of a server admin but I am having an issue with another application I inherited recently. This application is basically a help desk app in which someone enters a ticket into the system and then sends them a confimation email. This works fine as long as the user is on our network, but if the user is NOT on our network, they don't recieve the email. I know this has to be some silly setting somewhere, could someone please tell me where?
